ZOHRA INDEX · RHYTHM INTEGRITY SCORE

Score the signal. Filter the noise.

The Zohra Index exists to make product choices clearer. We look beyond hype, flavour and trend to give supplements context across rhythm, performance, formulation and ingredient integrity.

What is RIS?

RIS stands for Rhythm Integrity Score. It is Zohra’s internal product evaluation system designed to help customers understand how a supplement fits into the body, the routine and the real-world reason for using it.

01 · Nature

Close to rhythm.

Looks at how closely a product supports the body’s natural systems, daily rhythm and long-term load. This considers ingredient origin, processing, additives and whether the product makes sense beyond short-term use.

Origin · Processing · Load
02 · Performance

Clear in use.

Looks at whether a product does the job clearly, effectively and in the right context. This considers use-case precision, dosing logic, timing, absorption and whether the product solves a real need.

Dose · Timing · Effect
03 · Integrity

Less hidden trade-off.

Looks at what needs to be understood before buying: formulation quality, claim strength, unnecessary extras, sweeteners, fillers, transparency and whether the trade-off is worth it.

HOW WE SCORE

The Index is not a vibe check.

The score is designed to create context. A high RIS product is not automatically “perfect,” and a lower RIS product is not automatically “bad.” The question is whether the product is clear, useful and honest about its trade-offs.

01

Purpose

What is this product actually for, and does it solve a clear customer need?

02

Formula

Are the ingredients, doses and combinations logical for the intended use?

03

Origin & Processing

How close is the product to a natural rhythm, and what processing or additive load comes with it?

04

Use-Case Fit

Who is it best for, when should it be used, and who probably does not need it?

05

Trade-Offs

We consider what improves convenience or performance, and what may reduce ingredient simplicity or long-term fit.

How to read the score.

The RIS is designed to guide decisions, not create fear. The highest score is not always the best product for every person. Context still matters.

90–100 Exceptional Fit

Clear purpose, strong formulation logic, high transparency and minimal unnecessary trade-offs.

80–89 Strong Fit

A high-quality option with clear use-case value and only minor trade-offs depending on the customer.

70–79 Useful Fit

Can be a solid choice when the use-case is right, but may have formulation, additive or context limitations.

60–69 Conditional Fit

May work for a specific reason, but needs stronger guidance before recommending broadly.

<60 Low Alignment

Requires caution, clearer justification or stronger evidence before being positioned as a core recommendation.

Ingredient Library

A simple reference point for the ingredients that show up across Zohra’s essentials and performance products. Use this as your expandable education base.

INDEX FAQ

Clear scores. Clearer choices.

Does a higher RIS mean the product is always better?

No. A higher score means the product has stronger alignment across nature, performance and integrity. But the best product still depends on the person, goal, routine and context.

Why would a product score lower?

A score may come down because of unnecessary additives, unclear dosing, weak use-case fit, excessive processing, poor transparency or claims that do not match the formula.

Does Zohra only recommend natural products?

No. Zohra is rhythm-led, not fear-led. Some performance products are more engineered by nature. The Index helps explain the trade-off so customers can choose with context.

Can a product be effective but still have trade-offs?

Yes. That is one of the main reasons the Index exists. A product can perform well but still carry trade-offs in additive load, stimulant impact, processing or long-term fit.
