Zohra Shop Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.)

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your parcel is dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

We do our best to get your order to you quickly. However, Zohra Shop cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

  • Events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, peak holiday periods).

Missing or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at admin@unlimitedfitness.com.au within 48 hours with photos.

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first, then contact us so we can investigate.

Order Changes

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping details. Please double-check your address before checkout.
